Gryphon Construction is a full-service General Contractor delivering building and renovation projects for public agencies and institutions across New York. We manage the labor, materials, equipment, and coordination each project demands — from the first submittal to the final closeout, on schedule and within budget.
Today we build for public agencies across New York, including the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, the Department of Design and Construction, the Office of General Services, and the NYPD, among many others. Since 2002 we have grown from an interior renovation company into a contractor these agencies rely on, and that early attention to detail still shapes every project we take on.
