Project overview
Fast-paced interior renovation of approximately 135,000 square feet of office and commercial space across the 6th and 7th floors of Building 77 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The work subdivided both floors into 20 tenant suites with associated common areas, and was completed in a record seven months.
Scope of work included:
Electrical and fire alarm
HVAC with BMS controls
Plumbing and sprinkler systems
Common area development
New men's and women's restrooms on both floors
Masonry walls, framing, and sheetrock
Doors, hardware, and drop ceilings
Ceramic tile, millwork, and countertops
Polished concrete and resinous flooring
Designer wall paneling and painting
Powder-coated metalwork
