PROJECT OVERVIEW
Complete gut and rehabilitation of 40 men's and women's bathrooms and 20 janitor closets at the USPS Queens Processing & Distribution Center. As General Contractor, Gryphon phased and coordinated the work to keep this active mail-processing facility fully operational throughout construction, with no interruption to postal operations.
Scope of work included:

Full replacement of plumbing piping and fixtures
Electrical and lighting upgrades
Framing and sheetrock
