PROJECT OVERVIEW
Gut renovation and addition of approximately 10,000 square feet at Queens College's Gertz Hall, including hazardous material removal, a ground-up new entrance lobby, and extensive site work. The project modernized the building's systems and finishes while expanding its footprint.
